Between the crosses, row on row,

We are the Dead. Short days ago

Strong, twisty and calming slow flowing Hatha Yoga practice – be kind to yourself… this is based on a home practice and may be a little challenging in parts, also the odd terrible alignment ;-) – Beginner to Intermediate (Level 1-2).

Spend as much time in Savasana as you would like…
