Yoga & Tai Chi – Complementary Practices

In addition to Pilates, Yogalily Studio offers Yoga classes that complement your strength training. Yoga enhances flexibility, balance and body awareness through mindful stretching and breath work. Tai Chi & Qigong

We also teach Tai Chi & Qigong, gentle martial arts that improve balance, strength and mindfulness.
