5-Week beginners yoga course in Milton Keynes, starting Friday 19th September
Yoga Lily’s 5-week introduction to Hatha Yoga is aimed at complete beginners or those with a little experience who are looking to improve their understanding and build a strong foundation of Yoga. This beginners yoga course would also suit those who are looking to reestablish their practice after a time out from practice.
Anyone can do Hatha Yoga because its practice is aimed toward relaxation, stress reduction and management. Yoga Lily’s classes cover the basics of this ancient Eastern tradition; so you will learn how to breathe properly and centre your attention on clearing mental clutter – all the while staying fit, improving posture and reaping the physical benefits of the yoga tradition.
The 5-week beginners yoga course is just £50, and will lead in to a new regular Hatha Yoga Class at Pat’s Pilates.
