Yoga Gives Back for Alzheimer’s Research UK

Do some good with your Yoga this Christmas at David’s last class before the Festive & New Year break. His class on Monday 19th December is in aid of raising funds for Alzheimer’s Research UK this year; there is NO CHARGE for the class but in return if you would kindly make a DONATION of the class cost, or  if things are a little tight, whatever you can spare, that would be greatly appreciated.  You can give your donation to David on the day (thank you so much to all those who already have) and we’ll make the donation for you all in one go.

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia, it can affect anyone, but everyone can play a part in fighting back this Christmas.

David teaches a slower paced yoga, weaving held poses with slow flows, mindful movement, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) in a simple, down-to-earth way, to help you completely unwind and relax after your hectic day.
