What to Expect from Your Practice
Using a chair as your secure anchor, this 60-minute session weaves together the slow, flowing vitality of Tai Chi and Qigong, the conscious breathing of Yoga, and the gentle postural support of Pilates.
This is not a traditional workout. You can remain comfortably seated for the entire class to enjoy a fully supported practice, or transition to standing using the chair for balance. You are in complete control of your exertion. This is a non-judgmental space where pacing yourself is the priority, and taking a break to simply sit and breathe is always welcomed.

Key Wellbeing Benefits
Fatigue-Safe Movement: The slow, mindful pacing allows you to move and stretch without triggering post-exertional fatigue, making it highly accessible for those managing ME or Fibromyalgia.
Improved Balance & Motor Control: Tai Chi’s deliberate, mindful weight-shifting trains spatial awareness and stability, offering essential support for managing MS or Parkinson’s symptoms.
Joint Relief & Core Strength: Continuous, low-impact movement lubricates stiff joints to ease everyday aches, while gentle exercises engage deep muscles to support your spine.
Nervous System Regulation: Guided, mindful breathing helps lower stress hormones, bringing a profound sense of calm to help manage chronic pain and soothe daily anxieties.
