Aching back, tight shoulders and neck from sitting so long, or just bored of box sets?  Try something different during lockdown! 

Join us this Sunday from 9:45am for a free 30 minute run-through of the full Eight Brocades health qigong practice and bring a little joy to start the day.

Regular practice is believed to improve organ function and both physical and mental health and wellbeing. A daily 12 minute practice for people of all ages and ability.

Please note: this is a practice of the full sequence rather than a class.

Qigong is a powerful system of health, which has effects on many levels

Qigong can harmonise, strengthen and have healing effects on the functioning of all the internal organs and bodily systems. It increases the flow of energy throughout the body which has many rejuvenating effects, and is believed to increase longevity whilst calming both the mental and emotional states.

Gently focussed movements, open and stretch the joints and muscles of the body, releasing deeply held tension that may have been locked in for years. Increasing the flow of blood and energy, these movements fully nourish all parts of the body; releasing neck shoulder and lower back tensions, Many of our students report feeling very relaxed and energised after Qigong, and that they are able to sleep deeply that night!

Lili has been studying and practising yoga in China & UK for 20 years, and teaching since 2007 (7 years in the UK).
