Join us for our fun and health benefitting new, Tai Chi & Qigong Beginners Courses. Tai Chi is an exercise for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of physical, mental and emotional benefits.

Although Tai Chi was initially developed as a martial art, it is more commonly used in the west for its health benefits. It is also often referred to as a form of ‘meditation in motion’ as it promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquility.

Qigong is a unique exercise for increasing energy levels and improving your health, assisting the development of muscle tone, good posture, and strengthening the immune system.

Integrating numerous physical postures and special breathing techniques, qigong heals the mind and body while preventing many health problems – you don’t need to be in top shape or the best of health to gain its benefits.

This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.
