Tai Chi 8 Methods 5 Steps (BaFa WuBu) is a simplified Tai Chi form that integrates eight essential techniques and five fundamental stances. This practice enhances balance, coordination, and flexibility, while promoting relaxation and mental focus. Suitable for all ages, it improves cardiovascular health, joint mobility, and overall well-being – Including: Eight Brocades Qigong (Ba Duan Jin) and Jiang Ya Fang (Blood Pressure Reduction Qigong)

Why Tai Chi Qigong?
Who is it for?
Tai Chi Qigong is suitable for ‘every body,’ whether you are new to the practice or a regular yoga practitioner.
The postures practiced are passive and designed to stimulate the meridian energy pathways and parasympathetic nervous system, inducing a state of mind, body and spirit harmony and balance.
Complete beginners are welcome.
