Our Gentle Tai Chi & Qigong is suitable for all, any ability and age.

Join us for a fun and health-benefitting class in Tai Chi and Qigong. These are the perfect exercises for people of all ages and abilities, offering a wide range of health benefits including improved balance, muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. You’ll learn flowing movements to help promote better posture and reduce stress. The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, with a focus on gentle movement.

This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life.

Our fun and health benefitting  5-week, Tai Chi Qigong Beginners Course. Gentle, relaxed, slow, smooth and consistent like flowing water or floating clouds, Tai Chi instills calmness in both body and mind.

Tai Chi Qigong are sequences of movements that are interwoven with breath and meditation to create strength, vitality and balance. These classes will focus on both the physical aspects of this practice in the postures and breath, but also the mental aspect through meditation, allowing for deeper healing on both levels.

Suitable for Complete Beginners, a practice for people of all ages and ability.

Why Tai Chi Qigong?

Who is it for?

Tai Chi Qigong is suitable for ‘every body,’ whether you are new to the practice or a regular yoga practitioner.

The postures practiced are passive and designed to stimulate the meridian energy pathways and parasympathetic nervous system, inducing a state of mind, body and spirit harmony and balance.

Complete beginners are welcome.
