Feedback from the last beginners course

I joined a beginners course a complete novice and immediately loved it! David is an excellent teacher. Patient, kind and calming. Nearly six months on I’m absolutely loving my yoga classes. I leave each class feeling fantastic! My long term hip & back pain no longer trouble me. I feel fitter, more flexible and most importantly calmer & able to deal with life’s challenges. I always thought I’d like to give yoga a go & can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thank you David & Yoga Lilly 🙏
