Join us for a friendly and supportive 5-week Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong course, starting 10 January. This course gently introduces the basic movements and principles of Tai Chi and Qigong through slow, flowing exercises that support both body and mind. You’ll gradually build balance, flexibility, and a sense of calm in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Suitable for complete beginners and those returning to practice, each session focuses on mindful movement, easy breathing, and simple techniques you can enjoy at your own pace. By the end of the course, you’ll have a strong foundation and feel more confident in your practice.
