Tell me about Reformer

This low-impact yet highly effective workout helps develop a strong core while targeting major muscle groups, leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed!

What should I bring?

All you need is a pair of grip socks (don’t worry, we have some available for purchase if you forget!), comfortable workout clothing, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. That’s it—just come ready to move and enjoy your session!

I've never done Reformer Pilates before, can I join any class?

We recommend starting with our Foundation classes to ensure you’re set up safely on the Reformer and build strong, effective habits from the start. If you have a high level of fitness and coordination—for example, if you practice a lot of yoga or mat Pilates—you may be able to progress to Classic Reformer & Reformer with Tower sessions. Not sure where to start? Get in touch—we’re happy to help!

Is Reformer Pilates Suitable for Pregnancy?

If you’re new to Reformer Pilates, we don’t recommend starting during pregnancy. If you already have a strong Pilates practice and are familiar with the necessary modifications, you’re welcome to join our Foundation classes for a safe and supportive workout. Intense classes are not suitable during pregnancy. If you’re unsure, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before booking a class.

What happens if I'm late for a session?

To ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your Reformer Pilates class. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, you won’t be able to join the session, as it’s important to start safely together without disruptions. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session to settle in and get ready. Thank you for your understanding—we can’t wait to see you in class!
