What to Bring

Just yourself and a bottle of water. If you have your own mat you are very welcome to bring it with you but we also supply mats and the other equipment such as blocks and belts that we will use during the course.

Clothing

Wear something stretching and comfortable for during practice and a warm top for the relaxation at the end of class. A blanket is a good way to keep warm too. We practice in bare feet so you don’t need to worry about footwear.

Attending Class

Please arrive in good time to stow away bags and shoes, also please switch off your mobile phone. Before attending Class try not to eat a heavy meal. I would recommend eating a light meal or snack an hour before.

Location

St John Ambulance HQ
21 Blackmoor Gate, Furzton, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK4 1DA
