Yogalily classes are located in the heart of bustling Milton Keynes and West Bletchley. We offer a variety of Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong classes to suit different abilities, ages, genders and styles.

Hatha Slow Flow Yoga

BEGINNER / SLOW PACE
Ideal for those who are new or returning to yoga

Hatha Slow Flow Yoga

A class for those with little or no experience of yoga. Poses will be broken down and modified according to students’ needs and the class will have a slower pace.

Tai Chi & Qigong are a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Described as meditation in motion, promoting serenity through gentle movements — connecting the mind and body.

Hatha Yoga For All

A blend of classic postures, deep stretching and calming breathwork to relax the body and de-stress the mind. Classes build endurance, flexibility, stability, and concentration, with a luxurious rest at the end (called Savasana).

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga

All levels Slow Flow class combining breath and movement to postures and sequences. Options will be given for modifications in order for students of all levels to practice according to their own ability.

Gentle Yoga & Yin For All

Slower, mindful and meditative gentle flowing movement – blending Gentle Yoga Flow, with elements of Yin and Restorative practices. Find space with mindful breathing or meditation to bring our focus inward.
