  • Calming Practices: Short relaxation or “yoga rest” segments to wind down, allowing your child to feel grounded and peaceful before heading home.

  • Perfect for All Levels: Welcoming all children, whether this is their very first yoga adventure or an opportunity to explore movement in a new way.
