Join us for a warm and welcoming 5-week Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong course, starting at 10am on Wednesday, 23 April. This course is thoughtfully designed to introduce you to the foundational movements and principles of both Tai Chi and Qigong. Over the course of five weeks, you’ll explore gentle, flowing sequences that nurture body and mind, enhancing balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner looking to refine your practice, this course offers a supportive and enriching environment for all. Each session guides you through essential practices that cultivate mindfulness and ease, gradually building a strong base in these ancient arts. Our journey together will gently pave the way for you to embrace the full elegance of the Yang Style 16-Step Tai Chi practice by the end of the course.
