Welcome to Yogalily Studio! We are committed to providing a welcoming and professional environment for all our clients. Please take a moment to review these Terms and Conditions, which outline important information about our services, policies, and your responsibilities as a client. By booking a class, private session, or purchasing a service from us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Information Yogalily Studio is the trading name of Yogalily Studio Ltd (Company number 16129005). These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Yogalily Studio Ltd, whether in our studio, on our website, or through social media.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Classes can be booked via our website booking system (Momoyoga.com), or in person.
  • All classes and private sessions must be prepaid at the time of booking.
  • Class passes and memberships are non-refundable once partially used, as they are purchased as a package rather than for individual sessions.
  • Classes are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for Reformer Pilates class or private session cancellations.
  • We require at least 2 hours’ notice for all Studio based classes (Yoga, Mat Pilates, Tai Chi and Qigong).
  • If you cancel Reformer Pilates class or private session with less than 24 hours’ notice, or Studio based class with less than 2 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.
  • If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your class, subject to availability.
  • If a class is canceled by Yogalily Studio, we will offer a substitute class or credit.
  • Block bookings and class passes cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.

4. Private Sessions & Memberships

  • Private session packages must be used within three months of purchase.
  • If booking a 1:2 or 1:3 private session, and one or more participants do not attend, the remaining participant(s) will be responsible for the full session cost.
  • Monthly memberships are subject to recurring payments and include 1 or more classes per week, which must be reserved by the client via the booking system or in person at the studio.
  • Membership class swaps within the same week are allowed with 24 hours’ notice, but missed classes cannot be carried over.

5. Attendance & Safety

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join the class for safety reasons.
  • A pre-assessment session will be offered before your first class; declining this session is done at your own risk.
  • Clients must complete a health questionnaire before attending their first class.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to inform instructors of any medical conditions or changes in health.

6. Private Medical Insurance

  • Clients using private medical insurance must confirm coverage before booking services.
  • Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice may not be covered by insurance, and clients may be personally responsible for payment.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in classes and sessions.
  • Yogalily Studio Ltd is not liable for any injury resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow instructor guidance.
  • Children are not permitted in the studio or to attend classes.

8. Pricing & Changes

  • Class and session fees are subject to change. Clients will receive 14 days’ notice of any pricing adjustments.
  • Block bookings and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

9. Suspension & Termination of Services

  • Yogalily Studio Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client engages in abusive or defamatory behavior toward staff or the company, either in-person or via online/social channels.
  • We may also suspend website operations for maintenance without prior notice.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

11. Intellectual Property

  • The content of our website and marketing materials is the property of Yogalily Studio Ltd and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
