New Pilates Classes in Milton Keynes at Woughton Leisure Centre with Yoga Lily

Entry to Pilates Classes at Woughton Leisure Centre is £5.00 payable on entry to the centre via the reception desk. This includes the price of the drop-in Pilates classes and access to all the centre facilities on the same day. You do not need to be a member of the gym to join my Pilates Classes in Milton Keynes as my classes are on a drop-in basis – Woughton Leisure Centre website.

If you are looking for new Pilates Classes in Milton Keynes or a new challenge, I look forward to welcoming you to my fun, invigorating and de-stressing class! Thursdays for all levels at Woughton Leisure Centre in Milton Keynes.

Lily is an experienced certified yoga teacher, she teaches the traditional, relaxing and invigorating Yoga as practiced in Asia for thousands of years; it is a little more holistic in nature, meaning, it covers not just the physical aspects of yogic practice (like asanas or poses, mudras or locks), but also the breathing, meditation, mindfulness and restorative techniques sometimes lacking in the modern practice.
