Welcome to our Beginners Yoga Next Steps Course at Oxley Park Community Centre, Milton Keynes
The 10-week Beginners Yoga Next Steps Course with David, is specially designed to develop your practice, progressing on from our Small Group Yoga for Beginners Course. It is suitable for those who are familiar with the foundational yoga postures and yogic breath control/awareness (pranayama), and those who have a little yoga experience, looking to improve their understanding and build a strong foundation of Yoga. This is an ideal ‘next step’ furthering your knowledge & understanding, this course aims to create a solid & safe foundation so you feel confident, comfortable and inspired to attend any of the regular Open Level classes & themed workshops.
